This 60 minute session includes 45 minutes of reiki and 15 minutes of intuitive integration. While reiki helps clear energy blocks, align chakras and promote relaxation, the intuitive integration afterwards assists the client in gaining awareness of the insights brought forth from the session. By bringing insights to consciousness, one is better able to integrate them between sessions and create desired life changes.

The term Reiki is derived from the Japanese word Rei which means "Universal Life" or "Higher Power" and Ki which means "Energy." Reiki is based on the belief that a life force energy flows through us and causes us to be alive. When this life force energy is strong and is flowing freely, we are able to feel more joyful, healthy and peaceful.

Reiki treats the body, mind and spirit and while it promotes relaxation it can also bring to the surface areas in our physical body, emotional body and spirit body that need healing or balancing. It invites us to trust our higher wisdom that knows what each of us needs to promote wholeness.

During a reiki session clients remain fully clothed while the practitioner offers Reiki through a combination of both hands off and gentle touch with hands placed on locations relevant to areas of the body that may benefit from increased life force energy.

This 90 minute session includes 70 minutes of reiki with a focus on deeper clearing of the chakras, or energy centers, helping restore them to the highest vibration possible. The session is followed by 20 minutes of intuitive integration. Understanding chakras:
​
The chakras are the energy centers in our body. Keeping the energy flowing freely and smoothly promotes wellness of body, mind and spirit. There are MANY chakras in our energy system, however, understanding and working with these seven can be quite beneficial to start. Root chakra - located at the base of the spine. Relates to feelings of safety, survival and financial needs.

Sacral chakra - located about two inches below the naval. Relates to creative flow.

Solar plexus chakra - located at the upper abdomen. Relates to feelings of self-confidence and self-worth.

Heart chakra - located just above the heart. Relates to our ability to give and receive love, experience joy and inner peace.

Throat chakra - located at the throat. Relates to the ability to communicate and express oneself authentically.

Third eye chakra - located on the forehead between the eye. Relates to our intuition and wisdom.

Crown chakra - located at the top of the head. Relates to our connection to the Divine.

The following chakras are also part of our energy field and assist in our connection to the entirety of the universe: earth star chakra, soul star chakra, spirit star chakra, universal chakra, galactic chakra and divine gateway chakra.

The above sessions are also offered remotely. Remote sessions are more interactive with a energy work and intuitive coaching combined throughout the session.
